Sunday 12th July 2009 16:30 – Lewis Rice(Ephesians 2:10 AMPLIFIED) For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].
(エペソ 2:10 /オリジナル訳)　私達は神様（ご自身）の作品（最高傑作品）であり、そしてイエス・キリストにあって新たに作り変えられ（新しく生まれ変わった）のだから、神様が既に備えてくれた（事前に計画された）良い行いにあって歩めるように[神様があらかじめ用意してくれた道を歩む]。

1.Accept what you can’t change about who you are and learn to love it!!!
自分の変えることができない部分を受け入れ、それを愛することを学ぶ!!!
(Psalms 139:13-14) For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful,  I know that full well.
(詩篇 139:13-14) それはあなたが私の内臓を造り、母の胎のうちで私を組み立てられたからです。 (14)私は感謝します。あなたは私に、奇しいことをなさって恐ろしいほどです。私のたましいは、それをよく知っています。

2.Realize the call to grow 成長することを求められていることを自覚する
(Philippians 3:12-13 /NLT) I don’t mean to say that I have already achieved these things or that I have already reached perfection. But I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me. No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead.
(ピリピ 3:12-13/リビングル訳) なにも、自分が完全な人間だ、などと主張するつもりはありません。 学ぶべきことも、まだたくさん残っています。 ただ、キリスト様が何のために救ってくださったかを知り、私に与えられている目標に到達する日を目指して、努力しているのです。(13) 愛する皆さん。 私は、まだその目標に達してはいません。 ただこの一事に、全力を注いでいます。 すなわち、過去に執着せず、前にあるものを望み見ることです。

3.Live in the truth of who you are, not under the lies you are told.
誰かに言われた偽りの自分ではなく、本当の自分で生きる
(James 1:22-24/NLT) But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. (23) For if you listen to the word and don’t obey, it is like glancing at your face in a mirror. (24)You see yourself, walk away, and forget what you look like.
(ヤコブ 1:22-24/オリジナル訳) 神様の言葉をただ聞くだけの人であってはいけません。その言葉を実行する人になりなさい。そうでなければ、ただの愚か者です。(23)この世の中の声に耳を傾けて、神様の言葉に従わない人は、自分の顔を鏡で見る人のようです。(24)自分を見て立ち去ると、すぐにそれがどのようであったかを忘れてしまいます。

4.Realize it all starts with God  全ては神様と共にスタートすることに気付く
(Ephesians 2:10) For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
(エペソ 2:10) 私たちは神の作品であって、良い行ないをするためにキリスト・イエスにあって造られたのです。神は、私たちが良い行ないに歩むように、その良い行ないをもあらかじめ備えてくださったのです。
