(2 Timothy 3:16 NIV) All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, (2 Tim 3:17) so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
(2テモテ 3:16) 聖書はすべて、神の霊感によるもので、教えと戒めと矯正と義の訓練とのために有益です。(2テモテ 3:17) それは、神の人が、すべての良い働きのためにふさわしい十分に整えられた者となるためです。

(Matthew 18:12-20 )”What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off? (13)And if he finds it, I tell you the truth, he is happier about that one sheep than about the ninety-nine that did not wander off. (14)In the same way your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should be lost. (15) “If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. (16)But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that ‘every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.’ (17)If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector. (18) “I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. (19) “Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. (20) For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them.”

(Galatians 6:1)Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted.

1. Do it privately, not publicly. 個人的にする、皆の前ではしない

2. Do it as soon as possible. できるだけ早めにする

3. Speak about one issue at a time. 問題を一つずつ話す

4. Be specific. 具体的に話す

5. Deal only with actions that the person can change. その人が変われる行動だけを話す.

6. Avoid sarcasm and jokes.　皮肉や冗談を避ける

7. Avoid words like always and never.　いつもそう！とか、そうしてくれたことないとかは言わない。

9. Don’t apologize for the confrontational meeting.　彼らを正した後に、そのミーティングについて謝らないこと

10. Affirm him/her as a person.　その人の人格を認める
